LCC had already won Game 1 in Kaunas 80:60. The visitors from Kaunas managed to stay competitive for the first two quarters, but the hosts put the game to bed with a 33-7 third quarter.

The first week of 2024 saw four games played, with four winners being the defending champions TTT-Riga (10-0), LCC International University (11-2), Siauliai-Vilmers (8-5), and Aistes-LSMU (7-5). Aistes-LSMU was the only team to play two games. The Kaunas team first defeated Jurmala 66-47 at home.

In the week before Christmas, six games were played in the Women's Baltic Basketball League (WBBL). Kibirkstis Vilnius (8-2) won twice, while LCC International University (10-2), Neptunas-Amberton (9-3), RSU (7-6), and Liepaja/LSSS (6-6) each won one game.

The second week of December in the Betsafe-WBBL season was filled with action, even though fewer games were played than the previous week. The highlight of the week was the game in Riga, where the defending champions TTT-Riga (9-0) hosted the ambitious Neptunas-Amberton (8-3) team from Klaipeda. The hosts won 79-62, but the final score did not reflect the close battle on the court.

Only one team, LCC International University, recorded two wins this week. The first victory was won in the Klaipėda derby when they beat Neptunas-Amberton surprisingly convincingly 69:49.

With a record of 7 wins and 5 losses, Liepaja/LSSS matched up against two neighbors in the standings this week. First, the Latvian girls welcomed TTT Riga, who previously held a record of 6-and-6.

Four teams from Lithuania battled against each other to start the year 2023 in the Women's Baltic Basketball League. In the first Sunday's match, Aistes Kaunas (9-4) welcomed Siauliai-Vilmers (4-9). Even though the hosts got off to a better start (13:7), the guests finished the quarter better and held a slim 2-point lead (22:20) after the first 10 minutes.
