The most anticipated match of the Betsafe-WBBL Championship took place in the Latvian capital, where the undefeated TTT-Riga and LCC International University teams met.
TTT-Riga 71-64 LCC International University
The match between the league leaders lived up to the expectations of basketball fans. The LCC International University players showed from the first minutes that they were not going to give in to the titled rivals, and they held the initiative in their hands for a long time.
After three quarters, the teams were separated by only one point (TTT-Riga led 52-51), but in the decisive quarter, the hosts played a little more accurately and won the game 71-64.
Kyra Lambert was unstoppable for the TTT-Riga team. The point guard scored 25 points, grabbed 6 rebounds, and made 6 assists.
Gabija Meskonyte contributed a double-double - 12 points and 10 rebounds. No other TTT-Riga player scored a double-digit number of points, which is very rare for the champions this season.
Gerda Raulusaityte, the October MVP of the Klaipeda team, scored 15 points, Elizabete Bulane and Lina Loceniece added 12 points each.

Neptunas-Amberton Wins Two in a Row
Neptunas-Amberton won two victories last week. The Klaipeda team defeated Jurmala 95-53 on the road on Wednesday, and then on Saturday, they beat the RSU team 68-54 at home.
These matches were marked by the debut of Marina Solopova for Neptunas-Amberton. The experienced player was the most valuable in her new team in Jurmala - she scored 23 points, grabbed 6 rebounds, made 5 assists, stole 3 balls, and scored 32 efficiency points.
In the second game in Klaipeda, Solopova scored 14 points, and only Ruta Stipra was more efficient, scoring 15 points and grabbing 14 rebounds (25 efficiency points).
In Latvian teams in these two games, the most productive players were Zozefine Sipolina (Jurmala) and Anita Mikelsone (RSU), who each scored 18 points.
Siauliai-Vilmers Wins Easily
The week ended with a confident 92-60 home win for Siauliai-Vilmers against TTT Juniores.
Among the winners, Cassidy Mihalko was again unstoppable. The defender scored 34 points, grabbed 9 rebounds, and scored 37 efficiency points.
