The WBBL championship saw 10 games played last week, with TTT-Riga, Kibirkstis, and Aistes-LSMU each claiming two wins.

TTT-Riga faced two Lithuanian teams last week. The first game in Klaipeda against LCC International University was a close contest, with the score tied at 58-58 after three quarters. However, the Riga team outscored their opponents 26-13 in the fourth quarter to claim an 84-71 win.

The game was very tense, and TTT-Riga head coach Martins Gulbis was ejected for two technical fouls.

Gabija Meskonyte led the winners with 22 points, Kyra Lambert added 20, Vanesa Jasa had 11, and Evelina Otto and Luize Sila each scored 10.

Lina Loceniece (25 points), Gerda Raulusaityte (17), and Urte Slavickaite (11) were the top scorers for the Klaipeda team.

In the team's other game last week, TTT-Riga cruised to a 91-75 home win over Siauliai-Vilmers.

The defending champions have now won all 13 of their games this season.

LCC International University also claimed a win last week, defeating Daugavpils Universitate 77-53 on the road.

Kibirkstis Vilnius also faced two Latvian teams last week. The Lithuanian champions first won 75-65 on the road against Liepaja/LSSS, and then had no trouble with the young TTT-Juniores team at home, winning 101-48.

Aistes-LSMU enjoyed two relatively easy wins at home. The Kaunas team defeated Panevezys 71-45 and TTT-Juniores 62-34.

Daugavpils Universitate (78-44 at Jurmala), RSU (56-46 against Riga Juniores/LU) and Neptunas-Amberton Klaipeda (73-57 at home against Liepaja/LSSS) also won once last week.

Neptunas-Amberton have now won 14 of their 17 games and are the WBBL leaders. TTT-Riga, Kibirkstis, and LCC International University all have 13 wins.
