Kibirkstis wasted no time asserting their dominance, jumping out to an early double-digit lead (27-14).

Neptunas-Amberton reduced the deficit to one point (32-31) in the second quarter, but Kibirkstis responded with an 8-0 run. This momentum swing allowed them to re-establish a comfortable lead and they pushed their advantage back to double digits (55-44) in the third.

Neptunas-Amberton made one final push in the fourth quarter, reducing the gap to five points (58-53), but that was as close as they would get. Kibirkstis proved too strong, ultimately securing the victory and the championship.

Sydney Taylor paced the champions with a game-high 18 points, while Giedre Labuckiene and Justina Miknaite contributed 14 points each.

Brigita Sinickaite led Neptunas-Amberton with 14 points, and Viktoria Balaban added 13.
